Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 5 day of November, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-002021 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which VERANDAH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN A. JENSEN and SANDRA L. JENSEN, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of December, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block B (River Point) Verandah Unit Seven, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 23, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
