NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 AND NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 40 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STRINGFELLOW ROAD, AS SHOWN IN GRANT OF EASEMENT RECORDED JUNE 25, 2007 IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007-201098, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
