Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 11-CA-051166 in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that I, Charlie Green, Lee County Clerk, will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 AND NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 40 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STRINGFELLOW ROAD, AS SHOWN IN GRANT OF EASEMENT RECORDED JUNE 25, 2007 IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007-201098, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all the improvements, now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on December 5, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
