NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-014018 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the benefit of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-13, Plaintiff and John F Wermann are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES. March 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
