Final Judgement was filed on October 30, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-013896, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, us bank national association, as trustee for mastr asset backed securities trust 2006-he2 is the Plaintiff, and, KRYSTAL L. KLEIMAN DRUGONIS; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRYSTAL L. KLEIMAN DRUGONIS N/K/A MATT DRUGONIS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 29, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1243, UNIT 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
