NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069120 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and CYPRESS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC., ET AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 29th of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 49, WINKLER 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 93 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
