NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed November 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-006725 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEWYORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA6., is Plaintiff and DARRELL ALLISON, et al are Defendants , the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1302 OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 18, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
