NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-54209 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and RICHARD J LIBERTO JR. and WELLS FARGO BANK NA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, THE FALLS AT MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 56 & 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
