NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-057925 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION), Plaintiff and JOHN C. LAMBERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN C. LAMBERT N/K/A DEBRA LAMBERT, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANN SANSONE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 247, PINE ISLAND RIDGE 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
