NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052062 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and RICHARD R. SHARP, and FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 87. FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 5, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGELS) 67. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
