NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-054159 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Dashnor Elezi a/k/a Dash J. Elezi and Dorthy Elezi, His Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 288, LAGUNA LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
