MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A7 (THE TRUST) is the Plaintiff and EARL YEADAKER; STEPHANIE YEADAKER; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/05/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
