Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lots 9 and 10, less the Northerly 33.63 feet of Lot 10, Block 8, Dunedin Isles, Unit No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 34-37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
