NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 522012CC006030XXCOCO in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein PARADISE ISALND CO-OP, INC. is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. ALLISON aka THOMAS MELVIN ALLISON, CONNIE J. ALLISON aka CONNIE JO ALLISON, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AND SOUTHTRUST BANK, AND ALL THOSE WHO MAY CLAIM BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THEM, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2012 AT 10:00 AM, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit/Lot No. 768 of PARADISE ISLAND CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 14911, Page 636, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement,
aka 1001 Starkey Road, Lot 768, Largo, Florida 33771,
TOGETHER WITH one (1) share of stock in PARADISE ISLAND CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (Certificate Number 768) and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1993 JACO house trailer with vehicle identification nos. CH13761A and CH13761B, title nos. 63879221 and 63879222 and real property decal nos. 12275016 and 12275017, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and identified with Parcel Identification No. 01-30-15-66175-0000-7680.
