NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-018036-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9, Plaintiff, and, NICOLE WAGNER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 9 AND 9A, DIXIE CROSSINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
