Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-7490-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 318, BUILDING 1, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BELLEAIR FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 76-84, INCLUSIVE, DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 2, 1980, IN O.R. BOOK 5018, PAGES 1660-1712, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5055, PAGES 553-563, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6234, PAGE 437, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6323, PAGE 786 INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. PARKING SPACE NUMBER 35 IS HEREBY ASSIGNED TO AND SHALL BE A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
