NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 25, 2012 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
UNIT NO. 1105 BUILDING NO. 11, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909 PAGE 1389, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
