NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit 510, of LAKESIDE CROSSING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 15411, at Page 2126, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration. With the following street address: 701 S. Madison Ave, #510, Clearwater, Florida, 33756.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
