NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2010 and an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-17784-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2007-MLN1, Plaintiff, and LORRAINE T. WUYTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 52.5 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 5, HIGHLAND GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
