NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this action, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property situated in Pinellas County will be sold to the highest and best bidder via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com 10:00 A.M. on December 11th, 2012, further described as follows:
Lot 19, CURLEW LANDINGS SOUTH, UNIT 1, PHASE 7, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 4 and5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
