THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 47, BUILDING B-14, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FOURTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3551, PAGES 851 THROUGH 875, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
