Fearnow, Maureen K. Rulison A/K/A Maureen Rulison, Bayview Condominiums Clearwater Association, Inc., Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
