NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09018642CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Jackson, Rachel Jackson, Jane Doe N/K/A Susan Musselman, Lake Tarpon Sail and Tennis Club Common Elements Association, Inc., W. Mark Sanders, Trustee, Tarpon Highlands at Lake Tarpon Sail & Tennis Club II Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2902, TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16050, PAGE 269, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 152, PAGE 19, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
