NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-012445 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Daniel L. Wynn, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. successor in interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, a wholly owned subsidiary thereof, Tenant # 1, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
