NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019976 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. 2006-AMC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AMC1, is the Plaintiff and Byron Thoburn, Rebecca Thoburn, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
