NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 021586 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Julie A. South, deceased , State of Florida Department of Revenue, Albertsons, LLC d/b/a Albertsons, Candice Johnson, Pinellas County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Publix Super Markets, Inc. d/b/a Publix, Ronald James Wilber, as an Heir of the Estate of Julie A. South, deceased, State of Florida, State Attorney's Office, The Lake St. George South Homeowners Association, Inc. , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
