Abramowitz, Vicky A. Abramowitz, Harvest Credit Management VII, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, a assignee of Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC, as assignee of Household Bank, Keybank, NA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF LOT 1, LAKEWOOD REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST PROPERTY CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, AND RUN NORTH 71.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WEST 124.82 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF THE WEST 150.0 FEET OF SAID LOT 1, THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG SAID BOUNDARY LINE 75.00 FEET TO A POINT; LEAVIING SAID BOUNDARY LINE, RUN EAST 124.77 FEET TO A POINT O THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG SAID LINE 75.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
