Chissell, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Lansbrook Village Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Stephen Alexander, Tenant #2 n/k/a Tina Alexander, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
