NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001923 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Inc., Greenpoint Mta Trust 2006-ar2, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-ar2, is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Chissell, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Lansbrook Village Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Stephen Alexander, Tenant #2 n/k/a Tina Alexander, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
