NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009032 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Adisa Culesker, Emsud Ibrahimovic, Regions Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
