Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 07010381CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and COLLETTE ELTZROTH, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 38 FEET OF LOT 12, LUPTON`S COURT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
