Book 4334, Pages 105, as re-recorded in O.R. Book 4335, page 1725, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, page(s) 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive #1407, Largo, Florida, 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 17, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
