NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-005460-CI-08 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash through an on-line sale conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 26, GANDY TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 93, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining (Parcel I.D. Number: 19/30/17/30069/000/0260).
