NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000451 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Frederick Robertson, Sarah Robertson, Jane Doe n/k/a Nykisha Donato, John Doe n/k/a Eric Banks, Unknown Spouse of Frederick Robertson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 58.75 FEET OF LOT 103, REVISED PLAT OF HEMPSTEAD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
