YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. G-201, of THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14128, at Page 301, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon BLAXBERG, GRAYSON & KUKOFF, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 25 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 730, Miami, FL 33131, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice 12/17/12 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
