APARTMENT 210W, PATRICIAN GARDENS APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2119 PAGE 716 AND AMENDMENT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3031, AT PAGE 579, AND ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 9, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
