NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 13, 2012 by the COUNTY Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit 139, PORTOFINO AT LARGO, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15860, Page 1999, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 14, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
