NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 13, 2012 by the COUNTY Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit 35 of Building 3 of PORTOFINO AT LARGO, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15860, Page 1999, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2007 and thereafter.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 14, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
