NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-011960, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RICHARD TRACZYK A/K/A RICHARD C. TRACZYK; JACALYN A. TRACZYK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD TRACZYK A/K/A RICHARD C. TRACZYK N/K/A ANA TRACZYK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of December, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, ROOSEVELT HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
