NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020711, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH SINENO JR A/K/A JOSEPH SINENO; HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CASMIR WYSOCKI;UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of December, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 12-A, OF HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4060, PAGES 1407 THROUGH 1456, AND ANY AMENDMNETS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 9 THROUGH 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
