NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000960 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2006-A7CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-G under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated May 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Dabadie, Chateau Belleair Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., United States of America, Department of the Treasury- Internal Revenue Service, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of December 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
