BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JOHN HISLOP A/K/A JOHN STEPHEN HISLOP; DIANNA HISLOP; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 63. SNELL & HAMLETTS NORTH SHORE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
