RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS INC. is Plaintiff and LEANNE A. ROZDEBA A/K/A LEANNE ROZDEBA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEANNE A. ROZDEBA A/K/A LEANNE ROZDEBA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; HARBOUR OAKS OF DUNEDIN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. UNIT NUMBER 29, HARBOUR OAKES OF DUNEDIN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 105 THROUGH 108 INCLUSIVE, AND REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 84 THROUGH 89 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 16, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5162, PAGES 20 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5250, PAGE 1271 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5296, PAGE 2087, ALL INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
