NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-10700of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on line at www.manatee.realforeclosure.com at 11:00 am on the 28th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 92, WATER OAK UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 136 THORUGH 142, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
