Bear Stearns ALT-A 2004-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-5, is the Plaintiff and Alina Cordovez, Rolando Cruz, Tenant #1 NKA Julio Perez, Tenant #2 NKA Maria Duerra, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
