Hild, Jr., Maureen Hild, Greenbrook Village Association, Inc., Tenant #1 nka Shelly Brace, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
