NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010792 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Suzanne Hoffman a/k/a Suzanne P. Hoffman, deceased , Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Crescent Lakes Owners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
