CONDOMINIUM UNIT 201, IN BUILDING NO. 15, IN THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, AT PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
