UNIT NO. 305, BUILDING 7, WATERFORD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATI0N OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2736, PAGE 1830, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 09-02373-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
