Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660; facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 30, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 9 through 16, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
If you fail to file your answer or written defenses in the above proceeding, on plaintiff's attorney, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
