Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-2539 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 2, Building 215, No. 3, The Glades Country Club Apts Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 485, Pages 681 through 822, inclusive, and as subsequently amended or modified, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto, appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
