NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002117, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT4 is Plaintiff and LESLIE ANN PARIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LESLIE ANN PARIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 71, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
